Crate to Plate: Saturday Cove, Maine; I have been fishing from Little Harbor and Saturday Cove on Penobscot Bay in Northport for over 15 years. A seasoned captain, I prefer to spend every day, if possible, at sea whether on my lobster boat the Fisher Girl or chartering/captaining/delivering private yachts. Lobster fishing is my chosen career, hard work that allows me to be at sea and enjoy the daily ritual of navigating the water, reading the tides, and being cautiously aware of the weather. Crate to Plate is my way to bring you the freshest possible lobster, know where it came from and maybe get a little insight into the area I fish.
